This year, PACCAR Parts marks its 50th anniversary as a world-class leader in the distribution, sale and support of quality aftermarket products for all makes of trucks, trailers, buses and engines. PACCAR Parts operates a global network of 18 parts distribution centers (PDCs) that offer aftermarket parts sales support to PACCAR OEM dealerships and TRP stores around the world. PACCAR Parts’ first PDC opened in 1973 in Renton, Washington, paving the way for additional facilities across the United States and then the world. Today, PACCAR Parts PDCs provide 3.4 million square feet of parts distribution capacity on four continents to increase customer support and enrich the customer experience.

Servicing more than 2,300 dealer locations globally, PACCAR Parts’ industry-leading supply chain, advanced inventory control and order delivery systems enable outstanding customer service and timely delivery of more than 19 million shipments annually. When combined with investments by PACCAR OEM dealerships, the result is improved access to product, reduced lead time and increased opportunities for service.

In conjunction with strong suppliers and business partners, PACCAR Parts’ customer-centric employees have introduced innovative, service-driven programs to increase vehicle uptime and satisfaction. Currently, the PACCAR Parts 365 Center and Fleet Services programs maximize time on the road for fleets and provide technical support to keep vehicles in operation. The programs support over 2,400 commercial fleets operating more than 1.3 million vehicles. PACCAR Parts’ global e-commerce program allows customers 24/7 online access to more than 1.5 million aftermarket parts.
